Task 12.2

TV is widely used in the entire world. Many scientists argue about TV harm. The announcer Kat von D has been given the task to understand what television programs strengthen degradation of the population. Not only did Kat quiz people with different education levels but also took part in the studies herself. The engineer Martin has taken into account that the reporting is the first step to change today's situation. Martin has indicated that today children watch cartoons containing violence. He restricts his children in viewings such cartoons. The writer Ami James considers that few documentaries on TV develop intelligence of the person. The fan of Spanish team, namely the fan of the football player Lionel Messi, is upset that there are only few considerable matches broadcast on the Eurosport channel. A pupil from Karjamaa gymnasium Anna doesn't watch TV and tries to read more books. He considers them more useful. Kat understood that the majority watches TV because of domestically produced news. If her boss approves her, she will inform media about her results soon.

An unusual incident took place during the first league match between "Kuressaare" and "Ajaks". Women's football matches are known for being rather gentle and cute for spectators to watch, but this one was different.

"Ajaks" team members say that they felt mental pressure throughout the whole match. Not only did "Kuressaare" players insult their opponents but so did people in the crowd. Triin Juulin, a "Kuressaare" player, says that after the match, she was ATTACKED and beaten by two "Ajaks" players, Yekaterina and Kristina.
In response, THE girls said that they were forced to DEFEND themselves after they were MOCKED by Triin because of their nationality
A few hours later it seemed like no one had any complaints, but that was not true. Before going BACKSPACE to Tallinn, "Ajaks" president found out that "Kuressaare" sent a complaint to the Estonian Football Association.
A week ago it was announced that Kristina and Yekaterina are disqualified until the end of 2009. No one expected the punishment to be this tough but there's nothing they can do. Team's coach hopes that the girls will not lose their interest in football.
Another curious incident happened when "Kuressaare" played WITH "TFMK" at home.
Ten minutes before the end of the match, a YOUNG man appeared on the pitch. He was tall, athletic, wearing black shoes and waving his HANDS.
Girls quickly switched their attention to him. The guy was wearing nothing but the shoes. The referee had to suspend the game until everyone calmed down.
Turns out, the streaker was a 23-year-old basketball player, who is said to get 10 000 krones for what he had done. He is actually PROUD of himself because there are not many similar incidents in Estonia. So far, there were only a couple of them.

Task 8

Once upon a time I visited a CHIROPODIST and I was so surprised to find out that she was 34 when she looked like she was 22! Never before have I seen anyone who looked so young. She made me very beautiful OPAQUE nails on my toenails. And besides that she also said that chiropody is not the only skill she has. She told me she has at least 10 other skills on professional level. At first I thought that something is wrong with her PSYCHICS, but the nails were done so well, I didn’t care about it too much and wanted to hear more stories from her. She offered me really tasty MERINGUE, I was amazed to find out that she actually cooked it herself. The most surprising part is that she actually has no academic background, she failed her studies at Oxford university already in first year and decided to take a life school. Few months later I received an invitation from her. It was invitation to seminar where anyone could join the AUDITION and listen to her lectures on living life with no university degree and still succeeding in life.
